These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online features and services of this game operated by Doku Games LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using any online features of the game, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the game’s online features and services for personal, non-commercial use. Ownership of the software and online services remains with Doku Games LTD, and this license may be withdrawn if you violate these Terms.

2. Online Services

Access to online services requires acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Some multiplayer servers may be hosted and operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, moderation, or operation of third-party servers, even if they are listed or accessible through the game.

Multiplayer, progression, leaderboards, and all online features are provided as a live service and are not a purchased or guaranteed right.

We may modify, limit, suspend, or permanently shut down any part of the online service for technical, security, legal, or business reasons.

3. Cheating and Prohibited Behaviour

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, macros, scripts, trainers, or automation.
• Modify, inject into, or interfere with the game, its files, memory, or network traffic in a way that affects online gameplay, features or services.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics.
• Use unauthorized third-party software to affect gameplay.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security or anti-cheat system.
• Attempt to evade bans, account restrictions, or enforcement actions.
• Create or use alternate accounts to bypass bans or restrictions.

Any attempt to avoid or circumvent enforcement will be treated as a violation.

4. Identification & Data

To operate the game and protect fair play, we collect and process:

• Your SteamID.
• A PlayFab Player ID linked to your Steam account.
• Gameplay, network, and security telemetry.
• Anti-cheat and integrity verification data.

This data is used for:

• Account authentication.
• Cheat detection and fraud prevention.
• Security and abuse prevention.
• Enforcement of these Terms.

We may share this data with our service providers, including Valve (Steam), Microsoft PlayFab, and anti-cheat or security providers, solely for these purposes.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for security, fraud prevention, and enforcement, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

By using any online features of the game, you consent to this data being collected, processed, and shared as described above.

5. Enforcement

If you violate these Terms, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Issue warnings.
• Temporarily or permanently ban your account.
• Block or blacklist your SteamID.
• Restrict or revoke access to online features.
• Apply bans across all servers and regions.
• Apply account-level and platform-level restrictions.

We are not required to disclose our internal detection methods, security systems, or anti-cheat logic. However, we may provide limited information about enforcement actions where required by law.

6. No Refunds for Bans

If you are banned or restricted due to violations of these Terms, you may lose access to the game’s online features and services.

Such enforcement actions do not entitle you to a refund, chargeback, or reinstatement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and platform policies.

7. Final Authority

All enforcement decisions are final unless we choose to review them.

We reserve the right to interpret and apply these Terms in order to protect the integrity of the game and its players.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the game after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
